Cherilyn founded AsiaLawNetwork in 2015 and then Tessaract in 2018 to empower professionals across Asia Pacific by digitizing their operations and in turn help their clients digitise. Armed with design thinking and accounting knowledge, Cherilyn started a design thinking consultancy in 2008, ran successful F&B business in 2010 and turned around a creative agency in 2012 to make it profitable at a young age of 27. She has a proven track record of excellent business acumen and is able to carry through the successful implementation of the vision she has for the companies she is involved in. Her passion and determination is widely recognized by many from the accolades she has received.  

David Janssens has 20+ years of business software experience. He graduated Magna cum Laude with a Masters in Software and Electronics Engineering from UCL in Belgium where he became a university researcher in the field of AI and computer security and co-published several papers relating to signal processing with researchers from MIT. He also founded Almacom, an ERP system company, with rich experience aligned to Tessaract’s goal of becoming Asia Pacific’s productivity software for SMEs.

Colin Lee oversees the operational functions of Tessasact. Before joining Tessaract, he was the CTO of PTX Tech, a property tax data company, based in Atlanta, GA. Colin has more than 17 years of experience in enterprise software, and has held leadership positions in various departments that includes product development, professional services and sales. His dedication to his previous companies have also led to a successful exit for his previous firm. Colin is a proven leader who has a track record of implementing systems to enable companies to grow and scale.

Varian is responsible for strategy and growth for Tessaract. Before joining Tessaract, Varian played a leadership role at a major Singapore-based retailer; and had spent several years prior at a B2C e-commerce startup that operated across Asia. He brings with him a varied experience, from public service, management consulting, large corporates, startups and other entrepreneurial ventures, across a range of sectors from financial services, media and design, to food. Varian holds degrees from Stanford University and Columbia University.

As the Operations Director at Tessaract, Amin leads the Operations team while overseeing key strategic & operational initiatives within the company. Being an advocate of agile & efficient teams, he is passionate about building the right processes & structures for high-growth technology companies. With over ten years of business development and operations experience, Amin has helped startups with their growth, from developing Go-To-Market strategies to streamlining operational workflows.

Stanley is Tessaract’s client success director - he’s the guy responsible for making sure customers like the platform and stay happy using it. He is also Tessaract’s in-house legal counsel.

Starting out as a corporate lawyer armed with legal and financial know-how, Stanley is no stranger to connecting the dots between what a customer is asking for and the customer’s desired outcome. More importantly, he appreciates how an over-emphasis on technicalities can sometimes fog up the path to a solution.

Having taken on various roles in community-driven organisations and being passionate about underwater rugby, Stanley is no stranger to staying cool under pressure and remaining focused on scoring touchdowns. With a good blend of geniality and grit, Stanley is ready to help Tessaract’s clients on each step of their customer experience journey.

As the Projects Director at Tessaract, Glenn leads the presales team and is the resident solution architect. He works with potential clients to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and products on offer, bridging the gap between business requirements and the implementation of technology solutions. He is an experienced Innovation Consultant who has worked with corporates, government agencies, and startups across multiple sectors. He is passionate about design thinking, business strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation within organizations. In his previous capacity in a Venture Builder, he has also mentored various startups in exploring new business opportunities and in a business development capacity.

As the Projects Director at Tessaract, Gabriel oversees the implementation of Tessaract for our clients. As an experienced problem-solver, he works closely with clients to ensure that their onboarding process is smooth and that their business processes are well integrated with the solutions provided by Tessaract. Previously, Gabriel enjoyed a 16-year career as an Apache pilot with the Republic of Singapore Air Force. He oversaw numerous large-scale projects ranging from overseas training exercises to aerial demonstrations at airshows during his time in the Air Force.

Robin started out his professional career selling educational software & services door-to-door, 80+ hours per week, in Southern California. Over the years the products he has worked with have changed, but the service-minded attitude he brings to being an ambassador of the brand he represents has not! At Tessaract, he works to understand the needs of prospective users of our software and communicate these to our professional services team to ensure a proper fit before a business relationship is established. He is a great believer in working smarter, rather than harder, which is one of the many reasons why he is proud to be working with the company

Geraldine is the Commercial Director at Tessaract. In her role, Geraldine heads business development and sales. She is also responsible for optimising the effectiveness of our client and partner relationships to scale for growth globally. Geraldine designs and orchestrates our commercial strategy. This is done in collaboration with the product, operations and client success teams to constantly enhance our capabilities for our clients. Prior to Tessaract, Geraldine held senior regional and global commercial led roles with major corporate entities. During her tenures, Geraldine forged strong client and industry alliances which were instrumental to the sustained success of the organisations she served.

With more than 10 years of software development experience, Jacky Chong was the technical co-founder and CTO of several startups. Formally trained in Engineering, and without formal education in computer science, Jacky is self-taught in the concepts of software development due to his passion for using technology to solve complex problems and automate tedious business processes.

Sheryl is one of the point of contact for Tessaract’s clients as the customer success manager. She currently oversees the operations of the Customer Success team to ensures an enjoyable and value-adding journey with Tessaract with her acute eye for troubleshooting and genuine personality. Sheryl formerly worked in R&D, honing her technical skills that she now employs on a daily basis.

As the Scrum Master at Tessaract, Jonathan coordinates sprints, leads retrospective meetings, facilitates effective collaboration, and continually strives to improve software development processes. He is a certified Scrum Master who has 3 years of project management experience and coaching team members in Agile frameworks. Before Tessaract, Jonathan led a team in a start-up to develop ground-breaking innovative products to improve market penetration and brand awareness.

As part of the Client Success team, Darshaana specializes in the execution of customer service and support. Working with the Client Success team, Darshaana contributes towards initiatives to ensure that our clients successfully find solutions for their unique challenges. Prior to joining Tessaract, Darshaana worked in the Fintech industry, fulfilling her roles in finance/operation.

When it's downtime, Darshaana can be found recovering from her week in the downwards dog position (for the yoga purists, that's the Adho Mukha Shvanasana). She is also working towards her goal of being a Sudoku master.

As the Product Associate at Tessaract, Emelly plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations. She uses her software experience, together with her passion for continuous improvement, to crack the toughest of issues. Emelly always has an eye out for growth, working tirelessly to ensure that Tessaract can better serve its clients and grow into an international giant. Before Tessaract, Emelly was part of a team in the finance sector that curated learning and development programs for high-growth teams.

Haziq is responsible for the implementation of Tessaract solutions for clients. He ensures that project deliverables are met and conform to the expected standards.
Previously, Haziq has worked as a functional consultant with Oracle where he implements ERP Financials for clients. He now applies his transferable knowledge of cloud applications and soft skills on a daily basis.

Davin studies business-specific workflow processes and executes the implementation of Tessaract for clients. He works closely with clients to ensure that their onboarding process is smooth and that their business processes are well integrated with the solutions provided by Tessaract.

As an Analyst in the Professional Services department, Jason's responsibilities are the migration of data to the Tessaract platform and product training for clients. Jason is also a bridge between the clients and Tessaract's development team for troubleshooting.

As an analyst in the Customer Success team, Xu Hong plays an instrumental role in their day-to-day operations. Drawing upon his software and analytical skills, he ensures that our clients successfully reach a solution for their mission-critical needs. As the team's analyst, he takes data and develops user stories, giving his best to improve our clients' experience and better serve the company.

Joyce assists in domain/ company and user account creation. Conducting UAT testing to make sure that the systems are functioning properly. She analyzes the system and proposes improvements to it. She also documents processes for clients and internal use.

As a Finance Executive, Zhi Kang is responsible for accounting and managing the company's financial transactions. Besides assisting with preparing the financial statements, he also contributes to the testing and development of Tessaract's accounting module. Before joining Tessaract, Zhi Kang plays a pivotal role in digitizing and migrating his company's financial data to cloud-based software and reorganizing the accounting workflow.

As the Operations & Administration Assistant at Tessaract, Nattakitta oversees operations while performing various supportive tasks at Tessaract. She works closely with everyone in the Tessaract team to ensure Tessaract’s day-to-day business functions are working effectively and all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
